Tech Talk Pro is a personal technology blog by myself, John Gallacher, focusing on Virtualization, EUC & Cloud Computing. Like most IT Pro’s, I have gained much knowledge and support from various blogs over the years, so I decided to start my own so I could give something back to the community. Expect ‘How to’ guides, troubleshooting techniques, general notes from the field and the occasional opinion on current and emerging technologies.
I have over 15 years experience working as an IT professional, starting out in web development before making the jump into systems support where I fulfilled many roles from desktop support and service desk management, progressing through to an infrastructure specialist then onto consulting and solution design.
I’m currently working as a Senior Consultant for a global systems integrator and MSP, specializing in Microsoft and Citrix solutions design, implementation and support across a variety of industries.
